Excellent customer service! The receptionist Miguel B. was very friendly, professional, and helpful from the moment I called. Miguel explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and made the whole process much easier. It’s always nice to be treated with kindness and respect, especially when dealing with car problems. Definitely a great experience!

OMG this is the 2nd time my Truck been in this shop, the 1st time it took 2 weeks before I got it out, 6 days later I had to bring it back because the transmission started slipping again, I brought it in 8/20 it’s 9/1/2026 I’m still getting told different stories, 1st we waiting on them to open it, 2nd they putting everything back together 3 waiting on final testing , come on people when my truck gonna be out your shop? This not the 1st time I had a transmission done, the shop in Louisiana took 3 days and never took it back what’s going on at this place ? How are y’all getting good reviews, and the guy that answered the phone lol he good at his job he will over talk you he does not listen to your frustrations are nothing , what they don’t understand is that most people still pays car note, just paying a note and no ride is hard as is , 3 weeks on a transmission is a shame, maybe turn down some business until you can push some truck out.

Hands down the best in the business. My transmission came out excellent — smooth shifts, no slipping at all, and they backed it with a six-month warranty. Professional, honest, and they actually stand on their work. I don’t just recommend them in Texas — I’d say in the entire United States. If you need transmission work done right the first time, this is the place. Highly recommended.

I used Locomotion for my car repair needs, and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. Firstly, the communication process was incredibly convenient and perfect. I did not visit the shop during the repair process; all communication, including inquiries and progress updates, was conducted exclusively via email. Despite this, the explanations regarding the vehicle's condition and repair details were clear and friendly, and their responses were prompt, causing no inconvenience whatsoever. Secondly, the repair price was very affordable and reasonable. Compared to other shops, I felt I received the highest quality service at an economical cost. Thirdly, they strictly adhered to the promised repair timeline (delivery date). I only visited the shop to pick up the vehicle, and the perfectly repaired car was ready exactly on the agreed-upon schedule, which kept my own plans on track. Fourthly, and most importantly, I am completely satisfied with the repair results. Both the performance and appearance of the car post-maintenance were flawless, and I haven't noticed any of the pre-repair issues since driving it. Their outstanding technical skill is evident.
